A Giveaway at "Sewingly Along" and My "Dream Land" Curvy Clutch

Cherise from "Sewingly Along" is having a giveaway on her blog.

The giveaway is for
either a "Halloween" or "Thanksgiving" block of your choice.

Head on over so you can see how beautiful they are. :)

The giveaway is opened until midnight Tuesday, October 25th. So hurry up and check it out!

****************

Yesterday I decided to pick a project from my To-do list. I bought this "curvy clutch" pattern from Keyka Lou a while ago but did not get around to do it yet. Finally, I overcame the mental block and finished the project.

Here it is..my "Dream Land" Curvy Clutch:

I used part of the fabric to decorate the front - "flowery stripe".

Here is the back:

I used the quilt batting to add structure to the clutch. I've made some mistakes along the way but actually that's a good way to learn, isn't it?

So what do you think of my "Dream Land" clutch? :)

I hope you have a great day. Thanks for stopping by. I sure hope to see you again. :))

  12. That is simply gorgeous, Tanya!!! I've had Keyka Lou bookmarked for a while now. I'll have to actually purchase some of her patterns. The fabric you have chosen really suits this style of purse.
